— Twice-baked, cardamom-scented
Slow-baked at low heat till every slice turns golden. Dunk it in chai — it holds its shape and gives up its cardamom.

मिठाई
— Silver-leaf sweets, made daily
Gulab jamun soaked overnight in rose syrup. Kaju katli rolled thin and topped with edible silver. Ladoos, pedhas, barfis — a full counter of tradition.
